Everything was great from the very beginning.
The hotel was friendly and convenient, it had amazing staff from a duty manager. The breakfast was nice at 9.50am, there were cereals, fruit, and eggs. Super very central location just next door to shopping mall, MRT station and food court, many restaurants and malls and bugis+ and bugis street.

Location allows walking to good shopping locations and major historical sights. SMRT subway is only two blocks away. Room had quiet air/con and was well maintained.
Bathroom does not vent so steam buildup causes towels to stay damp. It is also on the small side.

The staff were attentive and went out of their
Way to accommodate us . The room was super clean and well-equipped, yet the amenities felt a bit outdated. It was nice to have our luggage stored securely after checkout, giving us time to explore the city.

Central position, room climate;
Choices one can make for the breakfast offer; small variety of bread; even if you are invited to leave the towels on the hook for saving water and protecting nature, they have been changed every day; probably they have water enough and their detergents do not harm the environment.

Location. Convenience of WiFi internet in the lobby.
Antiquated CRT TVs instead of Flat Screen TVs.

No wifi available in rooms. The charges are much higher then your site claim to be with all the service charges and VAT charges. air con not cold. bed too small. Basically not a pleasant stay and definitely not worth the money. will never stay in this hotel again. your website pricing is misleading.!!!!!!

Great location within walking distance to large shopping malls and attractions
There was an odd smell when exiting lift onto our floor which was smoky, a bit odd given its a non smoking hotel. The bathroom is also not that clean as I could see grimy bits on the walls.

The convenient location.
We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions over the past 10 years. This time the hotel is showing signs of age and the services were not as good as previously experienced.

Being located on a major street, it was convenient to the bus route, areas of interest, and nearby shopping. Quiet rooms. Nearby resturants and fast food,
The cost of breakfast was very expensive for a simple meal unless you wanted the buffet. The carpet needed cleaning but the rest of the room and bath was attended to daily.
